Tips For Preparing Your Home For Sale
- Meet with a professional Realtor to evaluate areas for home improvement.
- Concentrate on curb appeal from cleaning gutters and painting trim to new lighting and a perhaps update your mailbox.
- Remove clutter throughout your home. Do this once and then repeat!
- Organize and minimize closet items. Repeat this as well.
- Neutralize your color palette. If you’ve made a commitment to color or pattern in a room, consider painting a pleasant, on-trend gray.
- Eliminate bad odors. Invite a friend into your home to evaluate any bad odors and then get to the source.
