Driven by her love of building relationships and serving others, Realtor Ashley Burns joins the LCT Team – Parks helping her clients achieve the American dream!

Now living in Middle Tennessee, Ashley grew up in the Phoenix area but has actually lived in eight different states as her family moved around a lot with her dad’s career as an air traffic controller. She went on to study at Arizona State University earning a Bachelor of Science in Sociology and graduating Summa Cum Laude.

Originally a Realtor in Arizona, she moved to Nashville in 2018 and her experience of living in different states and communities really helps her support her clients as they transition to new homes and adventures.

“With eight years of experience as a Realtor, I’ve been lucky to help so many people in finding a new home. I definitely know what it feels like to be new to an area and what can make a person feel at home more quickly,” Ashley said. “Being a Realtor means so much to me as I form these connections and relationships with my clients and then get to help them find their next dream home.”

Ashley and her husband, Beau, live in the Franklin area and love traveling as well as exploring the food scene. She recommends Herban Market for a great healthy lunch and Culaccino Italian Restaurant for an authentic Italian dinner. Some of her favorites menu items are the burrata salad, gnocchi and the L’Unico pizza. Lastly, you can’t leave without ordering their delicious tiramisu for dessert. Be sure to make a reservation in advance! The couple also enjoys taking their black lab pup, Finn, for walks around the Park at Harlinsdale Farm.

“We love the Harlinsdale Farm dog park because it is divided into two sections for big dogs and smaller dogs. It’s also surrounded by four acres so the dogs can explore,” Ashley said. Click here for more info.
