LCT Team – Parks’ Favorite Home Stores

Favorite Home Decor Stores, LCT Team - Parks

Supporting local businesses has become even more important in 2020, and, there are so many inspiring home stores that we’re sharing some of the LCT Team – Parks’ favorites.

Favorite Downtown Franklin Home Stores – Support Local

With the LCT Team – Parks’ based in the downtown Franklin area, it is no wonder this 16-block historic area is the location for favorite places to grab something special. Whether it’s pillows, lamps, furniture or accessories to freshen up her home, Realtor Lisa Culp Taylor says PD’s on South Margin is a creative and reliable source. While in the neighborhood, there are a ton of other antique, gift and home stores throughout this area that can be easily enjoyed by foot.

Head Springs Depot and Zula & Mac are favorite stores for Realtor Margaret Orton because they are locally owned and she can always find something to add fresh style to her home.

“Zula & Mac has unique antiques, lamps, pillows, whimsical accents and gift items. I always take a peek in the back at their boutique section filled with fun clothes and accessories! Head Springs Depot is a great place to find the latest must-have furniture without breaking the bank. Pro tip, there is a decorator on staff to help those of us who need help choosing the right pieces,” Margaret shared.

And breaking news, a favorite antique and vintage shop has found a new downtown location on Third Avenue. City Farmhouse will open in the historic home which previously housed The Shop Around the Corner. Plan to stop by the beginning of October.

As you head out of the downtown area, be sure you stop by Kelly Spalding Designs and Harpeth True Value both on Columbia Avenue for everything from clever curb appeal items to seasonal décor and fresh home accents.

Seasonal Décor, Hostesses Gifts

More than just a monogram store, Sew What? is a great spot to grab a hostess gift (remember those?!) and to find seasonal décor and home accessories says Realtor Amy Pappas. Located in the Moore’s Lane area, you’ll also want to stop by nearby Herban Market for a quick coffee, snack or dinner to go.
Be sure and check in with each store for hours and to see if they have curb-side pick up.

Home Design, Décor

There are so many talented home designers in the Nashville area and a favorite is Kara Blalock who owns ReFresh Home and who helped Realtor Marabeth Poole with her new home in College Grove. “ReFresh was so helpful with my personal home and I also always appreciate my friend and neighbor Lara Cella Interiors. Check them both out,” Marabeth said.
