As a precocious nine-year-old, new LCT Team – Parks Realtor Maile Stover would roller skate to open houses developing a life-long love of homes!

Relationship Key For Realtor Maile Stover

Born and raised in a Southern California beach town, Maile loved looking at homes and was thrilled with her first Hollywood home rehab while also helping her parents renovate their home.

“I was busy in my work world creating music and touring but at the same time always had my toes in the home world. This passion for home has really fueled my life to this day,” Maile shares.

One of the ways in which Maile Stover connected with the LCT Team -Parks was Lisa Culp Taylor’s sale of her beautiful home with meticulous interiors created by Maile!

After moving to Nashville, the mother of three with twins launched a blog sparking a lot of conversations relating to her home and life posts.

“I love being a resource for my blog readers and social media followers on questions from where to buy a sofa or what paint to use to help on who to hire. Being a home resource led to my natural evolution to becoming a Realtor helping people find their dream home, property or sell a home,” Maile said.

She describes herself as a people person with a huge Rolodex of contacts coast to coast and Europe. What makes her different, Maile shares, is her fresh eyes for Middle Tennessee.

“I know what it is like to live and travel all over the world but to fall in love with Middle Tennessee. Whether it is Nashville city life, Leiper’s Fork country living or one of our many beautiful satellite communities, I’ve explored them all, lived in several, built a home and can help people because I have the experience,” Maile says.

Family First

Ultimately, Maile’s contagious energy stems from her devotion to family.

“Family is definitely first for which is why relationships are so important. I’m driven to help people create home whatever that looks like to them, and, I’m a no nonsense kind of person. I’m very transparent. People know they can depend on me for the truth because a deal isn’t done until my clients are happy,” she says.
